Most of the grapes for this Napa Cabernet are sourced from Calistoga, with additional fruit from the Oak Knoll District and Yountville AVAs. It showcases upfront black cherry and plum fruits, complemented by delicate cedarwood spices, mocha, and sandalwood nuances. Medium-bodied with supple, fine tannins, it finishes with hints of cola spice, sage, and thyme, offering a harmonious and enjoyable experience. Aged in 30% new French oak, it is impressively approachable and balanced for such a young wine and should be enjoyed at cellar temperature around 57°F (13°C) alongside meat-lovers pizza or burgers.
