Malvasia Znèstra from Cantina Crocizia is a sparkling white wine made from Malvasia di Candia grapes. After a maceration for 2 days on the skins in steel Znèstra is a sparking wine produced by Crocizia Winery vinified with Malvasia di Candia grapes. After 2 days of maceration on skins it’s a rifermened wine in bottle, without added sugars and selected yeasts.
