Our Shipping Information

The purchase of Alcohol by persons under the age of 21 is prohibited by law. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine or spirits. By placing an order, you are representing yourself to us as a person of at least 21 years of age and the person to whom it is being shipped to is at least 21 years of age. We reserve the right to ask for proof of identity before processing an order. Please be aware that someone over the age of 21 must be available to sign for the package. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the package will not be left. We will not be able to refund any shipping charges if your package comes back to us because there was no adult to sign for the wine. You will need to pick up your order from the store or be charged an additional shipping fee to have packages reship. We cannot ship wine to PO Boxes or APO addresses.  

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Please allow 24-48 hour turnaround for all orders. Orders are only shipped out Mon-Fri. Please email us if you are in need of a last-minute shipping order or any special shipping requests to verify that we will be able to accomodate you. We ship to the following US States (as per NYS Law & Federal Law): Alaska, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Louisiana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oregon, Virginia, West Virginia, Wyoming.

We deliver locally within the 11249, 11211 and 11222 area codes in Brooklyn.  

Our free local delivery hours are:

Monday - Wednesday: 12pm - 8pm

Thursday: 12pm - 9pm

Friday & Saturday 12pm - 10pm

Sunday: 12pm - 8pm

Orders can either be placed via our website or by calling (718) 384-1275.  To get free local delivery while checking out via the website, you will be prompted to enter your zip code under the "Delivery Information" section of the "Shopping Cart."  Most local deliveries take less than an hour although delivery times vary.
